Our garments come with a small label on the neck, where only indicates size and gender. In the inner part you will find the ones that indicate composition, certificates and a re-movable label where the brand and model is placed. Thought to make them totally yours.

• Screen printing: the minimum recommended is 30 units with the same logo / size, the price of the pattern and photoliths is based on the colors used. Regardless of the models requested.
• Embroidery: A minimum of 10 pieces is recommended. If you want an order with embroidery, process your order normally and we will contact you within 24 / 48h working, so you can get us design and thus provide you with the approximate stitches of it and approximate price.
• Digital printing: Tell us the measurements of your logo, placement and clothes, in this way we can make budget..

We will inform you by e-mail once processed and accepted the order on the production time. This period may vary depending on the volume of pending work. If you need it on any specific date, send us an e-mail to devuit@devuit.com and we will inform you in 24 / 48h working.

Preview: Before customizing your clothes, we will send to your e-mail a pdf model with an approximate preview of how it will be. Check the texts, Pantones, placement and size and give us your confirmation by e-mail. We ask for maximum brevity in the confirmation to expedite the order. Once confirmed our company is not responsible for any errors that may be detected in the marking once made.

• Bank transfer: Once your order is received, we will proceed to send you a proforma invoice where you can find our account numbers at the bottom. Remember that many entities take up to 72 hours to make the transfer, so if you want to expedite your order send us the proof of payment with the order number to devuit@devuit.com
• Credit / Debit Card: At the moment we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail with a digital POS link to Plaça 18 SL and a proforma invoice with the requested items. As soon as the payment has been generated, we will continue with your order.
• Usual form: For orders in cash with collection in store / local or others.

• Shipping costs 7.55 € + VAT to Peninsula or Balearic Islands (except Formentera). Orders over € 300 without taxes included, postage is free to Peninsula and Balearic Islands (except Formentera).
• For shipments to Formentera, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries, please contact us at devuit@devuit.com
• Delivery times when the order is complete / finalized are 48h / 72h to Peninsula and Balearic Islands (excluded Formentera).
• DHL is our usual transport company, with some exceptions.

If you do not see your order with the shipping number that we provide on the carrier’s website, please wait a few hours and try to follow up again.

If you have received something by mistake, duplicate order, etc. Do not hesitate to contact us with the invoice or customer number indicating what happened in the e-mail devuit@devuit.com

• For any custom garment, it is recommended to wash upside down to a maximum of 60º in normal cycle. Do not use the dryer. When ironing the printed part always inside out. Never dry clean.
• Due to the composition of the garment, it is possible that it may shrink slightly in the first wash. Keep this in mind when choosing the size of your size.

Do not worry, your designs will be totally safe and will be confidential, whether you send them to us by e-mail or you place your order via the web. We will never provide your designs or ideas to others. We have more than 30 years of experience in the textile customization sector and we know how important they can be for you.
